Amour Silver Jewellery Online UK
Our Cubic Zirconia silver bracelets are created using the highest
quality stones, all our stones are machine cut to ensure this, using
this method the cuts upon the cubic zirconia stones are prescise, so
when light is reflected upon the stones it is captured and throws out
dazzling colours of yellow, violet, green and blue.
Out of the Cubic Zirconia bracelets we
stock approximately 90% have set stones like diamonds, set
stones
mean that the cubic zirconia is held to the bracelet using three or
four silver claws, this is to keep the stones secure and ensure they do
not come loose, having set stones is much better that glued, as with
glued stones they can come loose with high temperatures or age as this
glue loses its adhesive strength.
As with all the bracelets we stock here at
Amour Silver
they are of
fine grade sterling silver, this is shown in the way of a
hallmark
which can be an emblem or in the way of 925 markings.
Why choose Cubic Zirconia silver bracelets, easy because they are
dazzling like diamonds and cost a lot less, and on silver they have
more sparkle as this compliments the stones, have you ever
heard

Cubic Zirconia stones also

bracelets is the radiant cut, here you will find information on radiant
cut stones.
Radiant Cut Zirconia
Stones in Silver Bracelets are a popular choice
The Radiant Cut Cubic Zirconia combines the classic elegance of the
traditional emerald cut shape with the sparkle of the brilliant cut.
Until the Radiant Cut was developed and patented in 1977 by
H.Grossbard, people were attracted to the elegance of the emerald cut
shape but it had to compromise on brilliance. Whilst the Radiant Cut
allows people to choose an exquisitely shaped rectangular Cubic
Zirconia without any compromise.
The Radiant cut was first used on diamonds and then found its way to
being used on cubic zirconia to give the CZ that diamond sparkle,
Prior to the development of the Radiant Cut, all diamonds with straight
edges, like the emerald cut, were faceted with long rectangular facets.
This cutting style, called the 'step cut, resulted in a stone with a
glassy appearance.
Cubic Zirconia with rounded edges, like round stones, pear shapes,
ovals and marquises, are faceted with triangular facets. This cutting
style is known as the 'brilliant cut.
By combining the two cutting styles into a hybrid brilliant step cut,
this resulted in a stone with the emerald cut shape and sparkle second
to none.
